The North County Estate Planning Council is comprised of the top estate planners in San Diego County. They work to cultivate relationships amongst estate planning professionals and educate the public on the importance of having a relevant and thoughtful estate plan. As a member, we are able to provide reliable and trustworthy estate planning services to those in our community.
Probate Attorneys of San Diego
Tresp Law, APC is an active member of Probate Attorneys of San Diego, which helps their members enhance their professional development and assists with advocacy in San Diego probate courts.
San Diego County Bar Association
The San Diego County Bar Association helps lawyers grow and thrive in their legal careers and advocates for diversity in the legal field. In addition, they help legal professionals continue education and expand their network of local professionals to better suit their clients.
Lawyers Club of San Diego
The Lawyers Club of San Diego has a mission to advance the status of women in the law and society. Leading on inclusivity and diversity the club is open to all legal professionals who are passionate about fair treatment under the law regardless of gender.
San Diego Women Leaders
The San Diego Women Leaders Organization encourages successful women who are passionate and dedicated in their careers to share their knowledge with others. In being a member the organization donates to Girls, Inc. helping girls 5-18 navigate life’s difficulties and strengthen their skillset.
North Coast Repertory Theatre
Growing up as a performer, Principal Attorney Elizabeth A. Tresp is an active Board Member at the North Coast Repertory Theatre in Solana Beach, CA. Their mission is to “create a platform where artist and audience thrive through the intimacy of live theatre, recognizing the power of theatre to challenge complacency, revitalize the imagination, nurture the unexpected and embrace the variety and diversity in our lives.”
North County Bar Association
As a member of the North County Bar Association, Tresp Law, APC is provided the resources to expand their professional presence in San Diego and to network with other legal professionals in order to better serve their clients. In addition through the association, we are able to provide outreach to our growing community.
North County Professional Alliance
As members of the North County Professional Alliance, Tresp Law, APC is able to maintain a network of local professionals and serve their community by offering reliable and trustworthy legal services.
Chambers of commerce
Tresp Law, APC is an active member of the Solana Beach Chamber of Commerce, the Encinitas Chamber of Commerce, and the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce. You can find our attorneys attending mixers and meetings. We are regularly featured in the chamber’s weekly newsletter and are passionate about helping the community.
Youth sports
Tresp Law, APC has been a team sponsor of both the Solana Beach Little League team and the Solana Beach Soccer Club for several years. Principal Attorney Elizabeth A. Tresp is also an active volunteer at both practices and games.
Non-profit work
Elizabeth and her husband established the 501(c)(3) non-profit Tresp Family Arts Foundation, which funds performing arts events, and the 501(c)(3) Tresp Conservation Trust, which acquires land to preserve habitat and promote environmental education. Earlier in her career Elizabeth worked directly with disadvantaged youths through ChildHelp, and through local clinics she has provided no-cost state and federal tax assistance to dozens of taxpayers. She also volunteers in classrooms through the Solana Beach Schools Foundation and is a member of The Rancho Santa Fe Women’s Fund.
