Existing clients can pay an invoice and new clients can pay a security deposit through our secure payment links.
Existing clients can pay an invoice online, and new clients can pay a security deposit online, using the secure Stripe links on this page. Tresp Law, APC accepts payment in United States Dollars, Bitcoin, and Ethereum. There is no fee to you for paying online.

We accept on-line payments in U.S. Dollars as a courtesy to clients who wish to pay by Credit Card or eCheck (electronic payment by check). Clients may use this convenient service without incurring any fee. To pay by Credit Card or eCheck, please use the appropriate secure link below.
Payments will also be accepted by telephone in U.S. Dollars (by Credit Card or eCheck), and in Bitcoin or Ethereum, by calling our office at (858) 248-2779 during regular business hours.

Before you pay
This service is for clients ONLY. If a payment or deposit cannot be matched to an existing account, we WILL reject the charge. The only way you can secure representation by Tresp Law, APC is by receipt of a dually-executed written fee agreement or engagement letter that has been signed by Tresp Law, APC. Please note, due to bank processing times, it may take 2-3 business days before your account reflects your payment or deposit.
