Emma was born and raised in Medfield, Massachusetts. She graduated from Boston University in 2015 with a B.S. in Sociology, followed by an MBA from UMass Amherst in 2018. Emma earned her Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University Law School in 2023 and was admitted to the California State Bar in December 2023 (SBN 351789).
During her time at Tulane, Emma clerked for a fair housing non-profit, advocating for equitable housing access, and an immigration non-profit, assisting individuals seeking asylum. These experiences deepened her commitment to using the law to serve and empower communities.
Now at Tresp Law, APC, Emma focuses on estate planning, helping clients navigate the complexities of securing their legacies with compassion and precision. After relocating to San Diego in 2023, she brought her dedication and diverse perspective to the firm. Emma approaches her practice with empathy, striving to provide clear, tailored solutions for her clients’ estate planning needs. In her free time, she enjoys exploring San Diego’s vibrant culture and spending time with her two beloved cats.
